Two features we really need :)
Hi Memberhub developers,
After using this for a year, there are two items that would make the program MUCH more helpful to our PTA
1. Ability to manually record cash/checks in the store. For the past year, the store order page has said this feature is "Coming soon!" We had this option on our previous program and had hoped that this would be rolled out by now so that we could keep all our transactions in one place and have automated email receipts.
2. A landing page that allows us to share some very basic information about our PTA without the visitor having to create an account or have the join request key - like officer contact info, link to our Memberhub store, maybe a link to our Facebook page, and some explanation about what Memberhub is and how to join. We still have to maintain a separate website right now for this function since there is really nothing on our starting Memberhub page except the sign-up prompt
It seems like a lot of developer energy being directed to building out the Fundraising sector of Memberhub, which is cool and nice to have. (And we really appreciate inventory control being added to the store!) But please also keep improving some of the basic bread-and-butter items that would make our lives a little easier! Thanks for your hard work,

Good morning Alison! Thank you for leaving your product feedback. I have a great news for you this morning.
1. This is indeed in the backlog and I will make the suggestion to the product team that we move this up in priority.
2. I'm very excited to tell you that we will be rolling out Website module just as you described within the next few weeks! You should see some announcements coming out about this very soon so stay tuned!
Please keep the feedback coming :)

Matt, thanks for the reply - that's great news about the website! Look forward to getting that set up and sharing with our members. And appreciate your help with moving the outside payment records forward as well, it's an important piece of our puzzle (even though much more will be online for the moment than usual!)

Got the email today that the website option was live and dived right it - this will be great, thanks, for that basic info that we want open to everyone. And it will be user-friendly for future officers that need to make updates but don't how to edit sites.
You can check out our progress at skipwithpta.new.memberhub.store (it's a mouthful, we'll have our domain redirect to it)
*A few initial kinks & feedback*
-The italic and bold text options don't work. They work in edit mode, but all text remains regular font on the live site
- The header image proportions on desktop and mobile are very different. I optimized an image for desktop (very horizontal), but it leaves a big gap between image and text on mobile (square, slightly vertical size image looks like it would fit best). Not a huge deal, but would love to reduce that gap somehow
-It would be wonderful if we could re-name a page (leaving the url the same) Right now, it seems like I have to trash the page and start fresh to change the display name
-The "sample" site pic from the email showed a Memberhub logo under Get Connected header, but I can't find any options to add images in the content portion. I can live without adding, but sure would love to have them, maybe as an "advanced" option someday for those who are comfortable using html

Alison Brown - Thanks for the feeback.
I went ahead and created a ticket for you for this so that we can get you some updates when some of this is adjusted.
The formatting of text is something our team is aware of and working on. I do not have an update on when this will be resolved right now.
We are also aware of the header images. The banner is best sized to 1000 by 300 pixels to appear the best for desktop. We are working on an adjustment to make sure the banner appears the same on desktop and mobile.
For the images on the site and changing the name I am going to submit feature requests for you!
Please let us know if you have any other questions!
