Spirit Wear all online
We would like to use member hub for spirit wear but use an outside company for orders to be ordered from am shipped directly to purchaser for little contact due to covid. Does the platform support this. I am seeing the current set up we need to input our inventory and disperse ourselves but member hub will keep rack of inventory once we input. Is there a way to incorporate outside links possibly? Trying to figure out a way to provide spirit wear this year but with little outside contact.

It's great to hear that you are looking into utilizing your stores to sell spirit wear direct to your parents during this time. You can absolutely collect shipping addresses from your customers by creating custom fields on the applicable items. Just go to your store admin > click edit on the item > scroll to the custom fields section > click to add a new one > and choose to make the field required.
In terms of being able to have an outside company do the shipping directly, this is not yet available, but it is something we are looking at adding in the future. Similarly, there is a not way to sell direct from an outside link in the store either, however, perhaps this can be accomplished by working with an outside company and taking "pre-orders" in the MemberHub store, then providing the outside company with the information for the orders you received by a certain date deadline. This would of course, be something up to your unit to setup entirely at this point until the ability to "Ship" from the MemberHub store is added in the future.
