Refunding for Events

We are having to refund tickets purchased for our Spring Fundraiser due to the Corona Virus.  I am so thankful for the ability to refund online orders without having to write so many checks to parents during this process.  Thank you, Memberhub for providing this tool for our local unit PTA's.  Just this feature alone is a life changer!

  I see that cash/check feature is coming soon.  That will be even better when that feature comes.  Any idea when we should expect to see that?  Would we be able to refund through WePay cash and check features as well?  That would be nice and not require us to write so many checks.

  CTS PTA - At this time we do not have an update as to when the cash/check feature in the store will be available. I am not sure that this will also connect to WePay for refunds, but I will pass that request along to our team! Thank you for the feedback :-)
