How many times before an upcoming event do you email event participants? Once? or do you include it in several newsletters prior? How do you handle this promotion?

    We try to give more than two weeks notice. We have a weekly email newsletter and we use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and have a PTA website. Several bulletin boards in the hallways for posters. Some events also have paper flyers to go home in student backpacks. For big events we set up yard signs on campus around the carpool area.
