Easily make files and photos available to your entire organization by adding them to your new Library. Site admins can decide who can view the Library and who is able to add/edit files and photos.
Adding images to messages has never been easier!
Quickly add images to your messages, signups and whiteboards. Once added, you’ll have the ability to resize the image.
- Drag and drop. Simply drag an image file (jpg, png, gif) into your message from your computer’s file browser. This will create a new file or replace an existing file with the same name in your Library.
- Copy/paste. From the clipboard, you may copy an image file and use your keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + V or Command + V) to paste the image into your message. Next, name the image and it will be available in the Library. This will also create a new file or replace an existing file in the Library.
- Insert from Library. Once you’ve uploaded an image to your Library, it can be added to your message by clicking Insert from Library.
Note: Once you add an image to your message, you may resize it by selecting the image and dragging the corners (to maintain the aspect ratio). If you need to rotate or otherwise edit your image, do so before adding it to your Library/message.
