Not every member of a hub receives hub messages
We have about 175 members in our hub, but when we send a message to the whole hub only 167 members receive the message. How can we tell which 8 members are not receiving our messages? What causes this? Could they have registered without an email address? Thank you.

Hi Mark. It is possible when people were imported as part of the initial setup they did not have associated email addresses.
You can go to your hub, then click on Members. Anyone without an email address will show an envelope with a minus on it.
