Newsletter, Messages, and Events allow you to select recipients using filters.
Want to message everyone in your site?
Click Send to Everyone to send to all contacts that exist in your site. This will include customers and donors.
Sending to # of recipients will reflect the number of people who will receive the message. This number excludes blocked emails and unsubscribed emails.
You can preview the list of recipients by clicking on # recipients.
To use other filters, Remove the Everyone Tag.
You can filter by Contacts, Hubs, Roles or use Saved Filters.

To filter by Roles:
- Click Roles and Select any roles you want to include. See MemberHub 21 User Permissions and Roles for a definition of different roles.
- To omit contacts who are only customers or donors, you may want to choose all other roles in your filtered list.
- You can additionally filter your list by clicking contacts and unchecking any contacts that you don't want to include.
To filter by Hubs:
- Click Hubs and Select any hubs you want to include. See Create and Set Up Hubs for more information about hubs.
- You can additionally filter your list by clicking contacts and unchecking any contacts that you don't want to include.
