If you want to send a newsletter, message, or event invitation to only current year PTA members, you can easily do this with the Roles filter in messages.
Navigate to Newsletters, Messages, or Events.
For demonstration purposes, we will show this process in Messages.
- Navigate to create New (Message)
- Then follow the guide filling in each section.
- In the Recipients section, click Roles.
- Choose the Member role to filter your recipients to only current year PTA Members.
