1. When will MemberHub legacy sites be disabled?
December 31, 2021. When your organization logs in on 1/1/22 the link to the old dashboard will be gone and you won’t have access to the legacy system. You’ll need to download any messages, whiteboards, etc. that you want to have access to prior to that.
2. Will I still have access to my old data?
With the transition, we’ve migrated and continued to keep in sync most of your organization’s data from our legacy system, into the new interface. This includes people, families, custom fields, memberships, compliance submissions, products, orders, files, photos, and more.
However, there were some things it didn’t make sense for us to port over into the new system. Find more details HERE.
3. Is my site already "Upgraded" to MemberHub 21?
All sites within our contracted State PTAs, we have already upgrade to MemberHub 21 in May 2021. In MemberHub 21, you still have a link to view your Legacy MemberHub site up until 1/1/22.
Any other MemberHub site on a subscription plan may choose to upgrade at any time or will be upgraded automatically on Dec. 1, 2021. This will allow all sites a transition time to adjust to the new user interface and features in MemberHub21.
*** If you’re interested in upgrading before 12/1 (at no additional cost), please schedule a 10-minute meeting to discuss next steps.
4. What about the MemberHub App?
The Android App is no longer working and the iOS App will no longer be support after December 31, 2021. Both of these app will be deprecated on December 31, 2021. MemberHub 21 is mobile responsive and you should be able to do anything you need on computers or mobile devices. Please note that the MemberHub Pay app is different and will remain on the Apple App Store for taking in-person payments with your Store.
5. Can I use Legacy tools through December 31, 2021?
We will phase out the use of tools in the Legacy system from October through December to allow time for users to get used to the new system.
Oct. 18, 2021 - Users will not be able to create new signups, events, files, photo albums or whiteboards, but will retain access to previously existing ones.
Nov. 18, 2021 - Users will not be able to send new messages via Legacy, but will retain access to previously sent messages.
6. How can I train my users to use the new site?
We will continue to update support articles, training materials, and offer live workshops to help with the transition.
