Due to the migration from Legacy to MemberHub 21, you may see some duplicate families.
If a user is in Multiple Families, you can merge those families.
- Click on a Family to View and edit as needed.
- Click Merge Families to Merge. All contacts in the Selected Families will be added into one family.
If you click on a contact and receive an error:
- Click back in your Web Browser, then you can choose to add the contact to your Organization:
