- Organizations can set up their raffle so that donors either purchase entries for a chance to win any of the prizes listed or purchase entries to win a specific prize listed.
- Raffle winners can be drawn randomly by the MemberHub system or manually by the organization.
- Tickets to the raffle can be sold online and in-person, with in-person tickets being added manually into the drawing.
Sweepstakes
Sweepstakes are a campaign type in which donors purchase entries into a drawing or enter for free for a chance to win a prize. Some additional facts about sweepstakes include:
- Sweepstakes are not considered gambling by the IRS because there is a requirement for free entry. Read the article below for more information.
- Donors can purchase entries into the drawing but must be given the option to enter for free.
- One free entry per unique email address is allowed, and MemberHub takes care of entering all free entries.
- Sweepstakes must have official rules. These official rules are generated automatically during campaign set-up and can be edited by MemberHub to include specific eligibility requirements.
- The MemberHub system must draw the winner randomly to comply with sweepstakes regulations; manual drawing is not permitted.

Auctions
Auctions are a campaign type in which donors place bids on items, and the highest bidder wins the item. Some additional facts about auctions include:
- Organizations can choose between an English (traditional) auction or a Proxy (E-bay style) auction based on the needs of their organization and their donors.
- When a donor is outbid, they are notified by email and text (if they select this option).
- The winning bidder’s credit card is automatically charged at the end of the auction.
- When organizations add the fair market value of an item, the winner’s notification email can be used as a tax receipt.

Team Fundraising
Team fundraising is not a stand-alone campaign type but can be added to any campaign type except for auctions. Team Fundraising allows individuals and groups to participate in the fundraising campaign and help promote the fundraiser.
- Each campaign type (except for auctions) can include individuals or teams.
- Each participant and each team receive their own fundraising page.
- When an email address has been added, participants and teams are notified when a donation is credited to them.
- Organizations can offer prizes to individuals and teams based on fundraising outcomes.
- A leaderboard for participants and teams is available for display.
