At the right sidebar of your campaign page, you may notice a panel titled “campaign chatter.” MemberHub Fundraisers provides this feature to give donors a place to communicate and generate buzz for your campaign.
After donating to your campaign, your donors can choose to leave a comment on your fundraising page by entering text in the “leave a comment” section of the confirmation page. This feature is optional but gives donors a chance to leave an encouraging message and showcase their support for your campaign.
Comments left here by donors will appear in the right sidebar of your campaign entitled “campaign chatter”:
As the organizer of the campaign, part of your role is to moderate the campaign chatter. In some cases, you may need to edit and/or remove some the comments you receive, but MemberHub makes it easy to do so. Learn how to edit the campaign chatter by checking out this help article.
