How to add all your school contacts to your Everyone hub.
All you need is a list of email addresses.
1. After you log in, click the Admin Console button in the upper right next to your name.
2. Then, click Hubs in your Admin Console menu.
3. You’ll see the Everyone hub, which appears automatically. Click the Add People icon to the right of the hub name.
4. A box will pop up, with three options for adding people to your hub. The easiest way to get started is by selecting Enter email addresses.
If you imported a list of non-PTA members' contact information into MemberHub, you can select the option to add people from the database.
You can also set up a Site Joins page and invite your community to join MemberHub.
5. Click Continue. Then, paste a list of email addresses for everyone in your school and customize the notification with a personal message to families. There’s a sample welcome message below you can use to get started.
Copy and paste this sample message to get started. Replace Info in {} with your school/organization information.

Our school has started using an online communication tool called MemberHub. This software was provided free to our school because of a partnership between MemberHub and our state PTA.
{School Name} will use MemberHub this year to keep you informed and engaged with school happenings. We’ll start by sending weekly PTA newsletters to all school families!

With MemberHub you can:

- Sign up for volunteer time slots or needed items and receive reminders.
- Receive emails and/or texts with communications from all levels of your school.
- Share files and photos in a secure environment.
- View a school calendar and receive event reminders.
- Access a private online school directory.
- Install the MemberHub app on your smartphone for info on the go.
