For campaigns with team fundraising enabled, our system will keep track of the donations collected by each participant as well as their activity results. Sometimes, you may need to view a single report containing this information. MemberHub Fundraisers has made it easy to export a comprehensive report with amounts raised and units of activity completed. This information can be used to award prizes, make announcements at an event, or even send emails to encourage engagement.
Here’s how to access the report:
- Go to my campaigns in the left menu.
- If you have chosen list view, click on the title of your campaign. If you have chosen grid view, click on the campaign image.
- Click view participants.*
- Click EXPORT in the lower left corner to download a report with participant information.
The report is generated into an Excel spreadsheet, where you can customize report information as you see fit.
*Note that the terminology on these buttons may be different according to the terminology that you've created for your campaign.
