Changing your MemberHub Marketplace password will not change your MemberHub password. However, these passwords can be the same.
There are two ways to change your Marketplace Password.
Forgotten Password or First Time Logging Into the Marketplace
1. If you've forgotten your password or this is your first time logging in, click the Reset Password link from the sign-in page.
2. Enter your email and then click Send Reset Password Instructions.
3. Check your email and click the Change my password link.
4. Enter your new password and click Change my password.
You're in the Marketplace and Need to Change Your Password
1. Once logged in, click your name in the top right corner and select My Dashboard.
2. From the left menu, select My Profile.
3. Click the Edit button.
4. Select the Security tab. Enter your existing Marketplace password and your new password and click Update. To get back to your organization, click the name on the top left of the page.
