Even National PTA collects member dues from each state via ACH (a.k.a. eCheck/Electronic Payment), but we understand that your bylaws and/or insurance policy probably indicate that all checks must have two signatures. Technically, this requirement is waived for dues payments, however, if you still wish to record double authorization for an electronic transaction, you have a couple easy options:
- Include two authorized signatures on the paperwork for your files or
- Print an authorization email from one signer to the other to include with your paperwork.
