The date of your next withdrawal is shown at the top of your dashboard. Disbursements can be made daily, weekly or monthly based on your selections.
Once a withdrawal is initiated, it typically takes 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Withdrawals are marked "Processing" before we've sent the money to your bank account. In some situations, we may review your account before sending your withdrawal. This process typically takes up to two business days.
You can see an estimate of when you should expect to see funds in your bank account by clicking on Previous Withdrawals in your payment dashboard.
To update anything about your payment account, you'll go to account settings. While My Settings will have your personal information, Account Settings will let you add/update information about your specific payment account.
To get to Account Settings, click the gear icon near the available balance of your payment account. There, you'll find tabs on the left side of the page labeled:
Under the Withdrawal tab, you can change the frequency of your auto-withdrawals. Withdrawals to bank accounts can be on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Withdrawals to checks can be done on a weekly or monthly basis.
There is no option to turn off auto-withdrawals. WePay is under regulatory guidance to not behave as a bank. As such, we must make every effort to remit funds to account holders as soon as possible.
