There are multiple ways to add images to your messages.
1. Insert an image from the Library.
From your message, click Insert from Library. Click the image you wish to insert.
You'll need to have permission to see your Organization's Library in the top menu.
2. Drag and drop an image into your message.
Simply drag an image file (jpg, png, gif) into your message from your computer’s file browser. This will create a new file or replace an existing file with the same name in your Library.
3. Copy/paste an image.
From the clipboard, you may copy an image file and use your keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + V or Command + V) to paste the image into your message.
Next, name the image and it will be available in the Library. This will also create a new file or replace an existing file in the Library.
4. Add an image from your hub Photos.
You'll need the link from the photo section of MemberHub.
To do this:
Upload the image in the image section. Go to: Admin Console > Hubs > Select the Hub you want to message from > Photos > Click Add Files
Next, copy the link for the image by clicking the image and clicking copy link.
Last, insert this link into the message. Click messages > new message > insert > Insert/Edit Image.
Once you click Insert Image, fill in the pop-up. Insert the link in the source box. The Image Description and Dimensions are not necessary.
Hooray! You're Done.
This is what your image will look like in the message. You can resize the image if needed by dragging the corners of the photo. From here, you can finish your message as necessary by adding additional text, recipients etc.
