Find out how to get a full list of all ticket numbers sold so that you can draw your winners.
If you’re drawing your raffle winner manually (without using MemberHub’s drawing system), you’ll likely need to get a list of all the ticket numbers that were sold. This will allow you to draw your winners in any way you see fit!
Follow these simple steps:
- Go to My experiences in the left menu.
- 1. If you have chosen a list view, click on the title of your experience. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the experience image.
- Click on VIEW RAFFLE ENTRIES*.
- Click EXPORT ENTRIES in the lower-left corner.
You’ll now have a spreadsheet containing everything you need to draw your winners.
*Note that this page may be titled differently depending on how you’ve set up your experience.
