Want to turn off your MemberHub Directory or limit what your users see in each other's profiles?
If you are a Site Administrator for your PTA MemberHub site:
- Click the Directory tab on the left menu. Click the gear icon at the top for settings.
- Under the Visibility section of this page, click on the first option, Allow only organization admins to view the directory.
- Here you can also adjust what users are allowed to see in your directory for other users such as their email address, phone numbers, street address and more.
3. Lastly, you can also choose whether users see an option to download their directory or not.
