Once a signup form is created and opened up for responding, people in the hub are able to access the form and submit their response. This is done by first accessing the hub and going to Signups in the Hub Navigation. On the signup dashboard the signup will be listed with the "open door" on the right had side. This indicates that the signup is now live and ready for responses. Here is the signup that we created earlier:
When you click on the signup Title, you will access the signup and be able to fill in the slots that you would like. Once you check the box or select a number in the drop down menu, click the blue "save response" button on the bottom left. This will save your response, and your time along with the slots you signup for will appear in green under the slot:
Notice the name now under the slot and the change in availability on the right.
As long as the Signup form is open, you are able to edit your response as different situations arise. Your response is recorded so the form creator can see who has filled in their response

As indicated by the yellow box above, a hub admin or an org admin is able to respond for other people. To do this, simply click the blue "show" link in the box and it will display all the people that have not responded:
From there, all you need to do is click the name and fill out the signup form as normal for the person you selected. Make sure to save your response for them as well. The person that is signed up for can go back in and edit his or her response after it is submitted for them.
