Welcome friends! We are excited to provide this help center for the MemberHub community of schools and organizations that use our software.
Our goals with this community and support system are to:
- Foster community among MemberHub users and employees
- Create better feedback loops so we can provide more value
- Streamline all support communications into one place
The MemberHub Help Center consists of three main sections:
- News & Updates
It is our strong desire to have more conversations with you, our users, so that we can provide even greater value and listen to what you really need. We really want to hear from you and there are various ways we can have more conversations.
The Live Chat inside of MemberHub and Community section of the MemberHub Help Center are two great ways to have conversations. Of course the Live Chat will be one-on-one with a MemberHub representative, but the Community section offers the ability to ask questions!
Questions/ideas in the Community have a topic and there are three topics to choose from when you make a new post: Feature Request, General Discussion, or School Communication.
Have an idea for a new feature in MemberHub? Post it in the Community and let others chime in and even up-vote your request. We'll chime in too of course. In this way we'll know what our users want next from MemberHub and you'll have a better sense of what's coming!
Or maybe you have a question about how other schools are using MemberHub to send our newsletters, for example. Maybe you just have a cool system that you've implemented and you want to share it. Post it to the Community and put it in the School Communication topic.
