Handling Bundled or Packaged Membership

MemberHub realizes PTAs often group memberships and donation requests in bundled packages to drive greater contributions. The simplest way to do this is through Payment Requests.

Follow the instructions here to complete a payment request. You can then enter items for each of your membership bundles/packages/sponsorship levels. 

When a purchaser selects an item, a memo field will appear. Make sure to include instructions in your payment request description and/or item descriptions to let purchasers know what information (if any) you want included in the memo field.

Note: Your Membership Chair will be required to manually add in the PTA members in the Admin Console PTA tab following the process here if you choose to collect membership dues this way as opposed to on your Dues Payment Page.
