Form 990 Submission

You will need to submit your Form 990 in MemberHub.

If you are a Site Administrator for your PTA MemberHub site you will see a tab in the Admin Console labeled PTA. Clicking on that tab gives you access to various pages to perform PTA-specific duties which keep your unit in good standing.

After clicking the PTA tab, click Form 990 Submissions on the right. You will then see previous Form 990 submissions. 

Click the Add Form 990 Submission and complete the form to submit your current year budget. Some fields will already be populated with your information. Please Note: This submission does not replace the actual filing of the Form 990 with the IRS due by November 15 of each year.

Then click the Submit Confirmation button at the bottom. The following positions are listed in the Position drop down list: President, Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President, Membership Chair, Officer.
